RA. Serdar Peksoz

We lost our esteemed and beloved founder and father, Mehmet Serdar Peksöz, on February 6, 2025.

As both our father and a professional mentor, we can never repay him for all he has given us. In his memory, we respectfully share his professional background below.

Lawyer Serdar Peksöz was born in 1956 and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1980.

Between 1981 and 1983, he completed his legal internship at the office of Lawyer Hüsamettin Cindoruk, and spent his early years in the profession working alongside Mr. Cindoruk. In 1983, he founded the Peksöz Law Office, initially focusing on representing commercial companies.

From 1985 onwards, with the close attention and support of Lawyer İlhan Tandoğan, who had earned a deserved reputation for his knowledge and experience in the field of Bankruptcy Law, Lawyer Peksöz focused on the Bankruptcy section of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.

In the following years, Lawyer Serdar Peksöz worked intensively in the field of bankruptcy law and became an expert in restoring the financial health of companies that had lost their sound structure due to economic or managerial reasons, within the framework of bankruptcy and commercial law.

In recent years, with the team he leads, he has been particularly active in the fields of bankruptcy, bankruptcy postponement, and concordat.

In addition to his activities as a lawyer in the field of bankruptcy law, Lawyer Serdar Peksöz has served as a bankruptcy trustee in the administration of many commercial companies and as a concordat commissioner.
