Dr. SAMİ ÖZGÜR MEMİŞOĞLU
He graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. He completed his Master's degree in Private Law at Istanbul University. He also completed a scholarship-based Master's degree in European Union and International Commercial Law at Istanbul Commerce University. He finished his scholarship-based Doctorate in Commercial Law at the Institute of Social Sciences, Istanbul Kültür University.
His work focuses on company law, intellectual and industrial property, unfair competition, negotiable instruments, mediation, consumer law, advertising, and contract law.
He currently serves as the Head of the Private Law Department at Doğuş University Faculty of Law.
He takes duty as a consultant at Peksöz Law Office.
Peksöz Law Firm was established in 1982 by Attorney Serdar Peksöz. Since its establishment, Peksöz Law Firm has been providing legal services and consultancy to both domestic and foreign clients with its expanding team.
Offering services in English and German, Peksöz Law Firm plays an active role in resolving commercial and private law disputes that individuals and legal entities frequently encounter. The firm also specializes in bankruptcy law, requiring specific knowledge and experience, particularly in bankruptcy cases, concordatos, and in-bankruptcy concordatos.
Hakan Peksöz
Hakan Peksöz has exceptional experience in the banking and finance sector. Throughout his career, he has served as a senior executive in key industry developments in Turkey, such as banking privatizations and the establishment of the Istanbul Gold Exchange. He has also held positions at the level of Assistant General Manager and General Manager at prominent banks and has served on their boards of directors.
After his retirement, he continues his professional activities in the sector and works as a lecturer in banking and finance.
He provides consultancy services at our law firm for disputes in the banking and finance sector.
