Atty. Gorkem Peksoz
Attorney Görkem Peksöz was born in 1983.
He is a graduate of Cağaloğlu Anatolian Gymnasium, which provides education in German.
In 2006, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, and subsequently, in 2008, he obtained the title of LL.M. after completing his master's degree at the University of Augsburg in Germany.
Upon his return to Turkey, he received his bar admission and joined Peksöz Law Office.
In addition to Bankruptcy Law, attorney Görkem Peksöz practices law in the fields of private law such as Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Family Law, and Inheritance Law . He has experience in lawsuits arising from commercial disputes and actively participates in Concordatum (Composition agreement with Creditors), Concordatum in-Bankruptcy, and bankruptcy proceedings, which require expertise, especially in the fields of Commercial and Bankruptcy Law.
In addition to his legal practice, he also serves as an expert in Labor Law cases at the court and as a bankruptcy trustee at the Bankruptcy files.
